1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Invoice Maker App (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mint Logic.

2. License and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes (generating invoices, estimates, and related documents).

Prohibited Uses: You agree NOT to use the App to:

  • Generate fraudulent, misleading, or illegal financial documents.
  • Engage in tax evasion or money laundering.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks.

3. User-Generated Content and Liability

The App allows you to create, store, and share content (invoices, client data, logos). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your content.

  • No Professional Advice: The App is a tool for formatting and generating documents. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult with a qualified professional to ensure your invoices comply with local laws.
  • Waiver: We are not responsible for any disputes between you and your clients regarding invoices generated via the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App are available only with a paid subscription. Transactions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes/Google Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Cancellation: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. Deleting the App or your account within the App DOES NOT cancel the subscription.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole discretion.

5. Data Backup and Loss

While the App includes cloud backup functionality via Supabase, you acknowledge that data loss can occur due to various factors (device failure, network errors, forgotten credentials). We are not liable for any loss of data. We strongly recommend that you regularly export important invoices as PDF files and save them externally.

6. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so via the App settings or by discontinuing use of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Invoice maker App, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bogota, Colombia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
